Dreamkillers
Original Source ↗There's a website http://web.odessa.ua/dreamkilling/ – looks like some kind of special service. How serious is all this? Protecting websites seems like an odd application of their abilities. Don't they have anything better to do, given what's happening in the world? And what's your relationship with them, anyway? Are you and they one and the same?

Dreamkillers are ambitious fools, and they have nothing to do with Dream Hackers. To act consciously in Dreaming, one needs extensive practice, impeccability, strong will, and a host of other qualities, without which Lucid Dreams can only be rare bursts of power in the life of a powerless person. I cannot imagine individuals who, having achieved stable Lucid Dreams, would turn them into a tool for such vile acts as murder, blackmail with acquired information, or the tyranny of specific individuals. Yes, special services are interested in such topics, but even they have long understood the futility of such intentions (at this stage of history).
For example, I know how difficult it is to penetrate another person's Dreaming – especially someone you know and who is friendly (whose bodily mind doesn't defend itself against you with its powerful array of means). I know that it's almost hopeless to try to enter the Dreaming of someone you know little about (in principle, I don't believe it's possible to have shared Dreaming with people you only know by their nicknames in computer correspondence; no, Dream Hackers do try to establish such contacts from time to time, but the results are still few). Therefore, I absolutely do not believe that someone can enter another person's dream and kill them or inflict serious harm. Only people with an enormous sense of self-importance, who place themselves above death, can speak of such delusions. Human consciousness has developed the strongest shields against the forces of the unknown world or the intrusions of the Nagual. And these forces are truly mighty. Even cunning Odesan mages cannot compare with them, whose messages are pure manipulation – manipulation of other people's consciousness. They are driven by self-interest and the conviction that fear is the main force of magic. These people resemble weak racketeers who can only scare, but whose legs tremble at the sight of a club or a knife. And so we return to the proverb: "Talking is not like turning stones." A person of knowledge brings their knowledge into the world and enriches it. A person of will introduces their will into the world and subjugates it, finding pleasure in all rearrangements and changes of the existing order. A person of fear drags their fear into the world. Dreamkillers are a vivid example of such wretchedness.
Iveta:
We know of no dreamkillers. Such a thing is impossible in nature. In the past, there was a branch of black magic that developed the abilities of succubi and incubi. But their rituals were so complex and dangerous, so filled with contacts with Inorganic Beings, that the game itself was not worth the candle. S.I. said that succubi actually drew power from Inorganic Beings, not from human sacrifices. By and large, these dreamkillers are not killing other people, but their own souls. For some reason, I imagine that this dark direction of their intentions will appeal to many people. What a temptation! A weak, tormented person falls asleep and exacts revenge on their tormentor! Or sends money to Odesa, and some "killers" there eliminate a bad enemy. Nonsense! Pure superstition. It's a pity that it will spread faster than the good we wished to bring.

Damn, their address is Odesan. And I'm from Odesa! Anyway, back around '95, a certain group of individuals (who presented themselves as Naguals) organized an "Occult Club" here. Besides them, there were quite interesting people in the club, but mostly they just told jokes. These founders, however, did their best to appear as formidable mages, dreamers, Taoists, Tantrists, and God knows what else. That is, they did indeed possess some skills, but they were particularly good at overwhelming and deceiving people. Then the club disbanded. The style and content of the mentioned website strongly reminded me of these fellows... So, if it is indeed them, then 90% it's a scam to get money (they probably charge for website protection) and to find students (the club itself was also for recruiting students). If it's not them, then I apologize.
