The Technique of Recapitulation
Original Source ↗Recapitulation, as described by CC (Carlos Castaneda), works; changes are felt literally from the very first minutes. There is a good harmonization of energy. My version is this: I recapitulate for 10-15 minutes, as long as I feel like doing it, as it is an energy-intensive procedure. No lists; I take the very first vivid memory that comes to mind. If I feel some residue from a recent contact with people, I recapitulate it, and everything inside quickly harmonizes. I review the event from end to beginning.
I do it lying down, eyes closed. First, I lie motionless for some time until a memory comes. Then I begin to slowly inhale air, simultaneously turning my head to the left, not to the limit, but as is comfortable, imagining my energy returning in the form of luminous filaments that converge in a fan-like manner in the solar plexus region. The gentle rotation of the head and breathing seemingly help to activate these filaments, this process of return; I seem to "fan" the filaments. On the exhale, I release alien energy, also through the filaments. The inhale and exhale proceed with pleasure, accompanied by a quiet joy. I experience delight as I reclaim my energy, and the same delight as I expel unnecessary energy.
From time to time, I hold my breath at the end of an exhale and repeatedly turn my head left-right, imagining that I am looking into a white light, all the while striving to maintain inner silence. I took this moment with the white light from Ken Eagle Feather's book.
