Anchors of Awareness in Dreaming - Inconsistency Tricks
Original Source ↗Quite right - Inner Dialogue is present in a Lucid Dream. And Inner Dialogue serves as a springboard for Lucid Dreaming – or rather, 'anchors' within Inner Dialogue (for example, contemplating dream inconsistencies or the tenets of our practice). Carlos Castaneda described several 'anchors' – for instance, searching for hands, inconsistencies, and infiltrators. Dream Hackers introduced the practice of memorizing the surroundings. Tensegrity practitioners added the search for energetic passes. The more such 'anchors' you possess, the easier it is to enter a Lucid Dream.
