Obstacles
Original Source ↗Andrey Cherkasov:
Perhaps someone can comment on my Lucid Dream? In it, I tried to fly as high as possible into the sky, but hit a "ceiling," after which I was carried along it until I grabbed onto a tree. At this point, I was almost thrown out of the Lucid Dream.
Andrey Kuraleh:
Then gates blocked the way; I broke them, then a second set. And then I ran into a mirrored wall. I was told that breaking it head-on, like the gates, was not safe. The dream ended there.

I also tried to fly higher and higher (to find out what was there), and I, too, repeatedly hit a "ceiling." Another type of obstacle is "impassable" walls. And quite certainly – as soon as you overcome one, another appears. I don't know who sets these obstacles for us – flyers or our own subconscious – but it seems to me that in these places, you can either remain stationary (in the old setting), or you need to "change awareness" (i.e., shift the Assemblage Point) to move further. Moreover, I am not at all sure that if you encounter this place another time and shift the Assemblage Point again, you will end up in the exact same place you moved to last time. It seems to me that obstacles (by the way, perhaps the same applies in waking life) symbolize places where it is necessary to shift the Assemblage Point (change one's consciousness).

Regarding limitations in Lucid Dreams. Besides physical barriers (doors, fences, abysses, mountains, etc., which can still be flown over), I would highlight perceptual barriers: "glasses" over the eyes and DARKNESS. And Sprites (if they are Sprites) that grab me and drag me somewhere (that happens too :))
