User Question

In a Lucid Dream, I tried to meet with a certain person, but I couldn't attract myself to them no matter what I did – whenever I opened my eyes, I was back in the old place. The same thing happened before. It was also the same when I tried to find a specific place in a dream. My method was: close my eyes, visualize the "target" where I needed to go – by feeling, or to "intend" (but in a dream, intent works differently; in waking life, I successfully intend quite well, and a certain feeling arises in my abdomen, but in a dream, there's no abdomen...) then "attract" myself there or "find myself" there when I open my eyes, or open a door and enter, or fall back with closed eyes. Nothing works. :(

Tell me, what am I doing wrong and what else can I try? Is there some trick? :)

Author's Response

There are indeed tricks. They are described in one of the articles on our website – on the topic of the mirroring of the dreaming world. I will not discuss this topic on forums. The reason is simple: the techniques are not complicated. Unscrupulous people can use them for their unethical interests. One girl told me how "explorers of others' dreams" harass her and what such people can do to a simple person. She is not the only one. I know three other girls who experienced the afflictions wrought by unpleasant people who had learned the methods of shared dreams.
