Lucid Dreaming or Lucid Dream?
Original Source ↗How to Define a Lucid Dream?
Most dreamers confuse lucid dreaming with a Lucid Dream. Lucidity, that is, transparency, is an important category that defines your capability in Dreaming. When it reaches at least 70-80%, then it is a Lucid Dream.
Can you offer a test for Lucid Dreams?
No problem. There is an ancient technique to check what kind of dream you are having – a lucid one or a Lucid Dream. The result of this action is always the same, so it's hard to be mistaken. So, once you enter a Lucid Dream (or a lucid dream), you choose an elevated, flat place and stack small stones to form a cone about waist-high (or chest-high). After some time (even if you just turn away and turn back), something strange will begin to happen before you. I won't reveal the answer yet; otherwise, it wouldn't be interesting. Those who wish can try it and write about the result. Those who perform this technique in a Lucid Dream will receive a correct outcome. Accordingly, I will write to you whether you completed the task or not (i.e., whether you were in a Lucid Dream or simply engaged in virtual masturbation in a lucid dream).
