Exercises: Contemplating Cells Rolling Spheres

Question

I roll spheres every day, and then almost immediately after that, I contemplate "cells." So, for the last two days, during contemplation, a sensation suddenly arises in the heart area and spreads upwards. Moreover, the sensation in the heart area is exactly the same as at the base of the thumb when rolling spheres; a hoop is clearly felt around the throat (like old-fashioned round collars), and on the crown of the head, it's as if a light breeze is blowing. So, maybe I should do something with this, or simply ignore it?

Answer

The exercises for developing attention have led you to perceive energy centers. Now you can explore them and learn to work with the energies currently available to you.

Question

Today in a [Lucid Dream], I remembered the spheres and began to rotate them in my right hand. Not noticing any particular changes, I decided to materialize the spheres in my left. The spheres appeared soft and crooked, as if made of plasticine. Rotating them in my left hand was difficult, everything felt clumsy, but then it became normal, although I ended up making about 6 spheres. :-) As far as I understand, rotating should help fix attention, but I haven't managed it yet. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Does it matter which hand I rotate the spheres in?

Answer

Spheres help fix attention. If you made a mistake, it was only in not recalling the sensation on the mound of your thumb. This sensation would have shown you one of the amazing aspects of the second attention. And it doesn't matter which hand you rotate the spheres in.
