Mirroring in the Everyday World
Original Source ↗An example of mirroring in the everyday world: each of us can become a mirror and reflect another person within ourselves. Every healer knows this technique. The purer the surface of the "mirror" (which implies the absence of emotions, thoughts, interpretations), the higher the degree of "reflection." That is, when working with a patient, I can perceive not only the energetic blocks of ailments, fears, and various dysfunctions, but also the person's feelings, images from their memory, and even (quite often) thoughts. In principle, by attuning myself to mirroring, I effectively transfer my consciousness into the patient's body, then return to my own body, analyze the situation, decide on changes in the patient's energetic and mental structures, then re-enter them and implement these changes. And since the method works quite well, I use it in other aspects of life. For example, for entering a Lucid Dream or for working through theoretical topics. Thus, it can be said that for the realization of intent, a state of "mirroring" is necessary — a complete and flawless reflection of the surrounding world.
