Further on Lazy Recapitulation
Original Source ↗How easily one can find events for recapitulation. While engaging in "lazy recapitulation," I noticed that it is better to experience the day first in reverse sequence, and then in direct sequence. This is a form of scanning that allows one to uncover energy-intensive spots and retrieve fragments that were missed the first time. I observed that during such recall, at certain points, thought seems to branch off and enter a small labyrinth, causing one to forget about recapitulation. It is precisely here that one must catch oneself, tracking which event caused the resonance. Typically, these are connected to a specific person and recur every time we encounter them. I believe that precisely these people and such events need to be fully recapitulated and traced through all life situations, for around them a significant portion of our emanations has become entangled. I perform Taisha Abelar's breathing technique — with a full turn of the head to the left and right. I observed that this breathing subdues the inner dialogue and partly impedes recall. Therefore, I do it after restoring a fragment, visualizing the event as a hill, an obstacle, which, as I breathe, levels with the ground and no longer "hooks" my thoughts...
